Herbal Consults take about 30-45 minutes to do an intake and assessment of what herbal formulas and supportive strategies can help you at this time. After one consultation, I will make your formulas and send you an invoice for their cost depending on your budget. If you are happy with the formulas, you just need to pay for their refill and you can send in your bottles to be refilled as well. I do require at least quarterly check in consultations even if you are happy with your protocol.  

My approach is married with the understanding that western medicine can play an important role in a person's health and well-being. 

I take a holistic approach by considering all aspects of your life, not just the symptoms. I use astroherbalism and humoral theory to understand your constitution and what herbs can support you best.
